I stopped at this location for the first time to buy coffee beans. The customer service I received was exceptional! Both associates behind the counter were so helpful! They asked a few questions about my preferences, made a few suggestions and educated me about the best way to brew coffee in a French press. I wish I asked their names! The guy and the gal helped me around 1 or 2 pm Because of them, I'll be back!!!

Love this location. Employees are friendly, they get to know you. Calls you by name never had a experience like watching cheers when norm comes in the door. Never had a complaint on my drinks. I drive out of the way just to go to this location.

I have to say I just had the best experience at a Starbucks ever, probably any coffee shop actually. Matt was super friendly and knew what I wanted even before I did. Solid employee!! I’d hire him!

I rarely drink coffee nor do I visit coffee shops.. Lol.. but I came here for an interview with a different company. The employees were all very nice, and I had taken a pic of the drink I wanted (it had the ingredients/measurements on the label) and they were able to make it for me! (It was a low carb iced coffee drink). Very clean establishment, and gigantic, loooonnngg high top table in the store I wish I had taken a pic!

Drinks and food have always been wonderful at this location. No complaints. Staff is always friendly and cheery. This is my regular location to frequent for the last two years.

This is the best Starbucks in the twin cities. I can say that because I work at the bank across the street, and have been going to this location for almost 5 years. They always get my order right and it is always ready when they say it will be ready (which isn’t always the case at other locations) The people are pleasant, they greet me when I walk in and they always have what I want. The Manager and staff all deserve a raise.

I absolutely love coming to this location! Oliver, Nathan, Landon, the entire staff are fantastic. My drink order is always crafted to perfection. This is how a coffee shop is supposed to feel.
